**Memberships run from April 1st to March 31st of each year (not the calendar year)**
**We do not prorate fees if membership is taken out for less than a full year.**

Applications and payments will only be processed on-line. No application and payment will be accepted at the field.
How to Apply
1. Complete the on-line Application and be sure to SUBMIT
2. Make an on-line membership fee payment via Pay Pal. Once the payment has been processed you will get a receipt from PayPal (You do not need a Pay Pal account for this)
3. After application and payment have been processed, new applicants will receive an email from Burnaby Archers confirming your assigned Date and Time
4. Go to the field on your assigned date and time with your own equipment (rain or shine) Bring your own mask, and hand sanitizer and keep a 2 meter distance from others
5. You will undergo a safety orientation, and demonstrate you can shoot three arrows into a 20 meter target this will take about half an hour
6. Once you successfully shoot all 3 arrows, you will be given your new badge, member sticker and key to unlock the butts, sign in box and porta potty, immediately afterwards. If you are unsuccessful, you can choose to come back and try again, OR, we can issue you a refund.
7. Review the Range Rules, Rules of Etiquette, COVID Range Rules under ‘Files’ on our FB page or this website. These are also posted at the field.

RENEWALS
Existing members who have submitted their applications and paid on-line, can pick up their key and sticker on any posted intake date and time in alphabetical order as posted.

Q-Z 11:00-12:00 noon
Sunday, April 11th, 18th, 25th
A-I 9:00-10:00 am

A-I 5:00-6:00pm
H-P 6:00-7:00pm
**Note: Intakes are scheduled at the availability of Board members. Please be flexible as doing individual intakes is not possible**
When picking up your decal and key, please wear a mask and bring your own hand sanitizer. Distancing rules will be in place.
**Keys are not to be given or shared with others. Non-members found with a key given to them by a member, will be asked to hand in the key in, leave the field immediately and the member will be suspended from the Club.**
