Memberships for Burnaby Archers Club runs April 1st to March 31st, NOT the calendar year.

ANYONE APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP TO BURNABY ARCHERS MUST MAKE THEMSELVES FULLY AWARE OF THE CLUB RULES. THESE CAN BE FOUND ON THE RULES OF CONDUCT and ETIQUETTE AND RANGE RULES TABS ON THIS WEBSITE AND POSTED AT THE FIELD

The fee for 2025 - 2026 Membership year are:
$110/individual and $220/family (members living in the same household)
We do NOT prorate regardless of the time of year when membership is taken. We do not issue refunds if you choose to cease membership.
RENEWING MEMBERS
After you have submitted an application and payment, you can pick up your new key and sticker on any posted ‘intake and renewal’ date on the ‘Schedule’ on this website.
*NOTE*
Both application and payment MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE 72 hours in advance of pickup. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. Applications and Payments CANNOT be processed at the field. No Exceptions.
RENEWING Members - you will NOT get an email confirming receipt of application. You will get a receipt from PayPal for your payment.
NEW Members - you WILL get an email confirming your date and time for your Intake Session. Please be patient! With over 500+ applications to process, we are unable to answer emails requesting dates and times, or whether we received your application and payment.

NEW MEMBERS
AFTER the application and payment has been received and processed, IN DUE COURSE, the applicant will receive a detailed email regarding the date, time and other important details about the applicants scheduled intake date. An applicant CANNOT just show up. Please be patient about receiving your email as we have more than 500+ applications to process!
HOW INTAKES WORK FOR NEW MEMBERS
1. Complete the on-line Application, enter ALL details, and be sure to SUBMIT (link will be at the bottom of the 'New / Renew' Tab on this website
2. Make an on-line membership fee payment via Pay Pal. Once the payment has been processed you will get a receipt from PayPal (You DO NOT NEED a Pay Pal account for this. Link will be at the bottom of the New / Renew Tab on this website)
3. After application and payment have been processed, you will receive an email from Burnaby Archers confirming your Date and Time. You cannot just show up at the field. Please be Patient as the Club has typically over 500 + applications to process
4. On the assigned date, go to the field with your own equipment (rain or shine) meet at the first picnic table with others who will be in your group
5. You will undergo a safety orientation, and demonstrate you can shoot 3 arrows into a 20 meter target unassisted. The process will take approx. 30 mins
6. Once you successfully shoot all 3 arrows, you will be given your new badge, member sticker and key to unlock the butts, sign in box and porta potty. If you are unsuccessful, you can choose to come back and try again, OR, we can issue you a refund
7. Review the Range Rules and Rules of Etiquette on this site. They are also posted at the field.
*NOTE*. Intakes are scheduled at the availability of Board members. Please be flexible as DOING INDIVIDUAL INTAKES IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Renewing members can pick up their new key and sticker on ANY posted renewal and new member intake date listed on the 'Schedule' tab on this website.
Keep checking back to view the 'Schedule' on this site for added dates and times, and look for announcements on the Official Burnaby Archers Facebook page.
When picking up your new key and sticker, you MUST BRING your badge and 'old' key !
(It is $15 to replace a lost key. Cash Only)

ALL MEMBERS
Keys are not to be given or shared with others. Do not open butts for others. Ensure gates are locked after shooting. Lock Porta Potty and Sign-in and Sign out box. Non-members found with a key given to them by a member, will be asked to hand in the key, leave the field immediately and the member will be suspended from the Club.
